Rental Period

October to November: £655
December to January : £930
January to March: £625
April to September: £930

All prices are in Pound Sterling, and are at a per week rate.
Deposits can be made to confirm your rent: 30%
Full balance payed on arrival with a security deposit of £200 which is refundable.

Other Information

Should a cancellation happen then a refund of all money payed will be given back, or another date for booking can be done in exchange.
Smoking is not permitted and any change in rates could happen without notice.
